FAQ’s

(1) What is NubianLashesLLC refund policy?

NubianLashesLLC has a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. If there is a error on our end with your order, feel free to us (nubianlashessllc@gmail.com) and we’ll correct it immediately. 

(2) What if my package gets lost?

You can track your package using USPS. Once the package is in the hands of USPS , NubianLashesLLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages! Contact USPS. 

(3)  What if my items get damaged ?

NubianLashesLLC is not responsible! We put fragile stickers on your package so the post office know to be careful. You have to contact USPS if this situation occurs.

(4)  Does NubianLashesLLC offer pickup or delivery?

NubianLashesLLC does not offer delivery or pickup. Shipping only !

(5)  I have a question about my order?

If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us. (Nubianlashessllc@gmail.com) Email hours are open Sunday - Wednesday 9am-5pm

(6) My order is being returned back to you…

If by reason your package is being returned back to us, we will refund you for your entire order (minus the shipping fee we pay for) . This includes if you put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package.
